2026 MID-YEAR CANAR Conference

The Consortia of Administrators of Native American Rehabilitation (CANAR) is a national member organization committed to providing a productive and welcoming environment for our conference and meeting participants as we come to support and advocate for the national TVR program. All participants, including attendees, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, staff, and service providers are respectfully asked to follow CANAR policy related to the planning of other events held in conjunction with CANAR conferences.
Conference Highlights
Opening & Welcome: The event will begin with a keynote address on current RSA initiatives and national program updates.
Breakout Sessions: Attendees will dive into a wide array of sessions on key topics such as self-employment strategies, outreach to underserved populations, youth and veteran services, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive program design.
Special Events: Expect enriching activities like wellness circles, cultural showcases, and evening events that foster healing and connection.
Leadership Focus: Tailored sessions will support both new and seasoned Tribal VR directors, covering compliance, innovation, and sustainable growth.

$99/night Single/Double – $124/night Triple/Quad plus taxes
Parking is currently $12/day
There is NO shuttle to or from the airport. (Uber and Lyft are available)
The closest airport is Green Bay Austin Strabubel International Airport (approx. 6 miles or a 14-minute drive)
The hotel will accept payments via credit card, cashier’s check, and ACH transactions. Personal and business checks are required to be submitted 28 days prior to the event for any event charges.
Remember: If you need hotel accommodations, please make arrangements at the time of your reservation.
Vendor Registration
Being a vendor for CANAR offers access to a niche market, networking opportunities, brand recognition, and a chance to support a meaningful cause, all of which can benefit your business or organization.
Conference/Event Participation Standards
*Any vendors selling products must submit the attached Special Events License application 30 days before the event.
Vendor Booths are rented on a first-come, first-served basis. Fee = $200
We can accommodate as many vendors as the venue can hold. Each Vendor Registration Includes: two 6-foot tables, 2 chairs, and trash can.
Internet is complementary. No outside tables or chairs will be allowed. Please Contact Us if you need additional tables.
The Vendor Registration Ticket covers breakfasts and snacks for one individual in your party. Additional meals will need to be purchased if you have more than two individuals wanting meals.
Full Meal Ticket
If you plan on joining us for meals, you will need to purchase a meal ticket. One full meal ticket includes: 3 breakfasts, and 2 snacks on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and the banquet dinner during the conference for ONE person.
Breakfast and Snacks Ticket
If you plan on joining us for meals, you will need to purchase a meal ticket. The Breakfast and Snacks Ticket includes: 3 breakfasts and 2 snacks for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at the conference for ONE person.
Banquet Ticket
If you plan on joining us for the banquet, you will need to purchase a banquet ticket, if you have not already purchased a Full Meal Ticket.
One Banquet Ticket Includes: One banquet meal on the last night of the conference for ONE person.
